Dawn Fichter holds her Master’s in Human Resources Management, is an elected official on her local SHRM (Society for Human Resources Professionals), and has over 2 decades of management, talent acquisition, and staffing industry experience. Creator of tools4hiring.com, a website designed to help Human Resources Professionals and Hiring Managers improve their hiring process, she now designs and leads webinars discussing employee engagement in the hiring process, recruiting topics, and other topics within the workplace. Dawn has helped companies recruit and hire new employees, as well as create and execute recruiting and succession plans. She is a job coach and offers resume and job search help to candidates in a variety of industries. Dawn is also an experienced training and development professional.
