Dawn Fichter holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management, is an elected official on her local SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), and has over two decades of experience in management, talent acquisition, and staffing. Creator of tools4hiring.com, a website designed to help Human Resources Professionals and Hiring Managers improve their hiring processes, she now designs and leads webinars discussing employee engagement in the hiring process, recruiting topics, and other workplace-related issues. Dawn has helped companies recruit and hire new employees, as well as create and execute recruiting and succession plans. She is a job coach and offers resume and job search help to candidates in a variety of industries. Dawn is also an experienced training and development professional.
